I ordered from mauinix.com because the product page made the item look a lot nicer than it ended up being.
When it showed up, the size and material just didn’t match what I thought I was buying. The photos made it seem better quality, but in person it felt different... and not in a good way.
Maybe I just got unlucky, but the description felt misleading to me. If the page had been clearer, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. 1 star from me.

The box showed up a little dented and I was kind of worried when I first saw it, but once I opened it everything inside was totally fine, so it worked out in the end, though I do think they could pack it a bit more securely next time.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to mauinix.com. They got back to me fast and, fixed it without a bunch of back and forth, which was nice. It wasn’t like, totally perfect, but it was good enough overall. I’d give them 4 stars.

Overall, the quality feels good and I do like it, but there’s a small stitching issue that’s hard to ignore. It’s not a huge deal, but for the price I was expecting it to arrive in perfect condition, so I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund...

Not a terrible experience, but my snap judgment is they need to double-check orders a bit better before shipping them out

I tried placing an order, but the payment page was a mess. It took forever to load, and then my card got declined even though I use it everywhere else without any issues. I ended up restarting checkout twice and still couldn’t get it to go through. it was a frustrating experience and not worth the time. I don’t see myself coming back.

I ordered my usual size from Maui Nix, which has normally worked for me with other swimwear I’ve bought in the past, but this one fit completely differently than I expected. The top was really tight around the chest, yet somehow loose in a few odd spots, so it just felt awkward overall.

I even checked the measurements before ordering, so it was frustrating when the bottoms felt smaller than what the size chart suggested. It didn’t sit right on my body at all, it wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

I ordered from mauinix.com and didn’t hear much after that. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, and when I reached out, the answer I got was vague. I’ve dealt with slow shipping before, but this felt more like... I don’t know, just frustrating. Not really a site I’d order from again.

At first, I remember thinking this was a decent buy and it seemed perfectly fine. But after just a few weeks, it started showing wear much faster than I expected, especially since I wasn’t using it heavily. Shipping was okay and nothing really stood out there, but looking back, the durability just wasn’t what I thought it would be. Disappointing overall.
